www.obvsly.in (the "Site") is operated by Veloce Herbals Pvt. Ltd., a company registered in India. Our products are manufactured by Swaranimakash Life Sciences Private Limited. References to "OBVSLY", "we", "us", or "our" mean Veloce Herbals Pvt. Ltd.

By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate, as we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address information.

Due to the nature of health supplements, we can only accept returns for products that are damaged, defective, expired on arrival, or incorrect. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number so we can assist you.

Once a return is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable time. Opened or used products cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Orders can typically be cancelled before they are dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.
